Service Level Agreement

This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the Service Offerings.

Agreement Overview

This Agreement represents a Service Level Agreement ("SLA" or "Agreement") between YAAR IT SOLUTIONS and the Customer for the provisioning of services required to support and sustain the product or service.

This Agreement remains valid until superseded by a revised agreement.

The following Services are covered by this Agreement:

Service Availability

Services are usually provisioned within 24 hours of payment.

Email, forum and Whatsup support tickets are accepted 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Tickets are usually processes within 10 hours of submission. In some cases the delay can be up to 24 hours of submission.

Fleetfox does not provide own hosting services. Server hosting services are provided by Amazon aws platform. Amazon aws guarantees a 99.99% Uptime SLA.
